How We Are Helping

The Community Health and Empowerment Network’s goal is to bridge health gaps in our community.

Healthy Communities

A healthy community make a stronger community. The CHE Network has worked hard to make sure health resources are available for the children, seniors and families living in underserved communities.

COVID-19 Vaccinations

We have established a campaign to provide awareness and accessibility of the Covid-19 vaccine for the underserved and minority populations within Miami-Dade County.

Workshops & Events

Our programs and events provide solutions to everyday struggles many South Floridians have faced before, and during, the pandemic.

Awarded multiple grants related to protecting our community from the spread of HIV.

Community Health and Empowerment Network was one of the sub-recipient’s of the “Ending the HIV Epidemic” grant in 2020. Our partnership with the Center for Disease Control (CDC), Florida Department of Health in Miami-Dade County, and the Health Council of South Florida has allowed our organization to work closely with the local communities to educate, screen and provide a direct pathway for creditable information about HIV. Over the years, we have continued to be supported by such organizations as a grantee, to work and collaborate with those partners to end new HIV incidences, eliminate HIV stigma, and help individuals avoid new AIDS related deaths within the Miami-Dade County.
