The Community Health and Empowerment Network’s goal is to bridge the health gaps in our community. 

Our Healthy Hub Screening program helps individuals to identify early risk factors by having clients get tested privately and confidentially for the following test: BMI, Cholesterol, Glucose, HIV and STD and Blood pressure. We provide counseling services to educate individuals on making healthier choices to prevent diabetes, heart disease, strokes, obesity, HIV/AIDS and certain cancers. 

We are helping clients to take control of their health and staying up to date with their numbers and knowing his or her status thereby, reducing risk for chronic illnesses and mortality.
