Amelia F. Larkin is a licensed real estate professional and 20-year healthcare veteran who has a penchant for building businesses, and building relationships. Built on her experience as a Healthcare Manager and Marketing and Business Development Officer, Amelia ardently enjoys helping others meet their personal and business goals. As a Real Estate Business Development Advisor, Amelia engages her knowledge of the real estate market and in-depth understanding of the real estate profession to provide tools and resources to Realtors that grow their business and fast-track their success.​

Amelia holds a B.A. in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University, a M.S. in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University, and is currently a candidate for a doctorate in General Psychology, with an emphasis on Industrial-Organizational Psychology. With over 20 years of varied specialized experience in business and healthcare organizations, Amelia has harnessed her education and skills to develop a unique niche skill of the ability to effectively connect other professionals with the resources that they need to be successful in their careers.

Amelia is an active member of the American Psychological Association, the National Association of Realtors, the Miami Association of Realtors, and the Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals. She is also involved in various community service projects and outreach initiatives in Miami-Dade and Broward counties; and is a Board Member of the Community Health and Empowerment Network, a not for profit 501(c)(3) organization that provides education and health services to under-served and low-income populations in South Florida
