R.E.D. Women's Health
A Health and Fitness activity designed to help individuals in vulnerable and underinsured area (especially women and their families) to engage in healthy eating, physical activity and smoking cessation to prevent diseases such as Cardiovascular Disease, Diabetes, HIV/AIDS, Diabetes and Obesity. Thereby, reducing and eliminating racial and ethnic health disparities in Miami-Dade County. We work in collaboration with the Miami-Dade County Parks, Recreation and Open Space Department (Meet-Me-At-The-Park to administrate the program and assure that we are following government approved guidelines.
