Gena serves a a Board Member for CHE Network, Inc.  She a Nationally recognized Reproductive health care Advocate, Owner of Eco on The Go Cleaning Solutions and Eco Go Home Health Services, and Real Talk with Gena Grant where her motto is (A Healthier you starts with a Conversation).  Gena Also serves as Director of Youth Services and Board Vice President of Positive People Network Inc. 

She is Member of the Miami-Dade county Mayors board HIV/AIDS Partnership ,Ryan White Planning Council Care & Treatment  Committee member, Ambassador for National Minority AIDS Council (NMAC) – Building Leaders of Color (BLOC)  Program, Member Positive Women Network Florida, Member of  2020 Leading Women’s Society SisterLove Inc. in Atlanta, GA, just to name a few.  She is a sought after Speaker for empowering women and girls and takes part in supporting initiates involving that.
