We offer opportunities to get full health risk screenings during our Healthy Hub hours. Screenings: HIV, blood pressure screenings, glucose, cholesterol, and BMI. Our Network Navigator will sit with you to find out ways we can best assist you and connect you with essential services such as primary medical care, housing, employment, and more.
